Whistle-blowing Policy
The whistle blowing policy aims to enable and to provide a channel for stakeholders to report and to raise, in good faith and in confidence, their concerns about any suspected misconduct or malpractice within the Group and without fear of adverse consequences.
Making a report
Stakeholders with knowledge, information and evidence of any suspected violation should set out details of his/their knowledge of such misdemeanor in a āsignedā letter, together with stakeholderās contact, to the following address:

Confidentiality
All reported information about known or suspected wrongdoings confidential will be kept confidential to the extent possible consistent with the need to conduct an appropriate evaluation and investigation. No stakeholder who in good faith reports a wrongdoing shall suffer harassment, retaliation or adverse employment consequence.
Investigations of reported violations
All reports of violations will be investigated appropriately. Appropriate corrective action will be taken if warranted by the investigation. Legal opinion may be sought if required.
